Área de Desarrollo Corporativo: B2B campaign director

Description:

The successful candidate will join the UOC as B2B campaign director and their mission will be to design, plan, lead and coordinate the campaigns to raise funds and improve the University's connection with its stakeholders, with a special focus on companies and alumni. These campaigns will target individuals, private companies and organizations and be run in coordination with the departments' unit directors, the office of the deputy general manager and academic staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, lead and monitor Corporate Development's fundraising campaigns and those aimed at connecting with stakeholders in order to meet the department's engagement and income objectives.
• Design, plan and lead the creation of content that shows our stakeholders' activities and diversity, coordinating this work with external providers and other departments.
• Co-manage content creation and design and launch multi-channel alumni communication cycles together with the unit directors.
• Help to develop and carry out fundraising plans and plans for building relationships with strategic allies by designing, planning and creating content that is relevant to the target audience.
• Design and plan, in conjunction with the territorial delegates, the marketing and communication initiatives of the UOC centres.
• Monitor the achievement of the campaigns' income objectives and proactively propose solutions.
• Manage coordination with external providers in accordance with the University's purchasing and bidding procedures, in coordination with other departments.

The successful candidate will be awarded an open-ended, full-time contract and should be available to start work in January 2022.

The place of work will be the UOC's centre in Madrid or Barcelona. 

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in advertising, business administration and management, communication, public relations, marketing or similar.
• At least 5 years' proven experience in similar positions, preferably in the university sector or equivalent, dealing in business development, new opportunity spotting and designing strategies for building relationships with groups.
• Proven experience managing and leading teams and working closely with stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge and experience using office applications.
• Knowledge and experience using CRM and other databases.
• Knowledge of data protection legislation.
• An excellent command of written and spoken English, Spanish and Catalan.
• Highly competent in terms of relationships, negotiation and communication.
• Abilities in project planning, management and organization.
• Initiative and independence.
• Availability to travel to attend occasional meetings in other parts of the country or abroad.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
