Personnel: Recruitment officer

Description:

The person selected will join the UOC's Personnel department as a recruitment officer.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Definition and planning of calls for applications in mass recruitment processes: timetables, candidate profiles, dissemination, publication channels and provider coordination.
  • Carrying out of interviews.
  • Dealing with the general recruitment mailbox.
  • Management of different recruitment sources.

The person selected will be awarded an open-ended, full-time contract, and should be available to start immediately.

The workplace will be in Barcelona. However, because of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the person selected will work from home until the situation has improved.


What we are looking for:

  • Education: bachelor's degree in Psychology.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' proven professional experience in a similar position.
  • English language skills to at least CEFR level B2, or First Certificate equivalent.
  • Oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and Catalan.
  • Organizational, negotiation and teamwork abilities.

We also value:

  • Experience in the university sector.
  • Knowledge of the UOC's educational model.
